Hey there,

That sounds frustrating! Let's try a few things to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Clear Google Play Store cache: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache. This can sometimes resolve download issues.

  2. Check date and time settings: Ensure your device's date and time settings are accurate. Incorrect settings can cause authentication errors with Google servers.

  3. Update Google Play Store: Make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Store installed. Go to the Play Store app, open the menu, and select "My apps & games" to check for updates.

  4. Check Google account: Verify that your Google account is properly signed in and synced with your device. Go to Settings > Accounts > Google and ensure everything looks correct.

  5. Free pp space: Even if you have sufficient overall storage, individual apps may require free space to install updates. Try clearing out unnecessary files or moving some apps to external storage if your device supports it.

If none of these steps work, let us know, and we'll dive deeper into troubleshooting.

Best regards,
